1. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • If your booking is cancelled or rescheduled outside the 24-hour cancellation period, it can be done free of charge.

  • If your booking is cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation period, full charges will apply, and no refund will be issued.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Refund Processing

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
